Booking the Cat Cafe is recommended to guarantee your place especially at weekends & holiday times.

Yes, this is a small fee which goes towards covering the cost of Cat Care, Vets, Food etc.

No, we have to adhere to strict food safety rules. If you have any severe allergies & need to contact us leave on note on your booking form or email rio@shakespawcatcafe.com

Yes, Children over 10 years old are welcome. The restrictions are in place to safe guard the welfare of our Cats & to comply with Insurance restrictions.

Your booked session may still end at the original time. This ovoids disruption to next booking. We will always do our best to extend your booking when possible or rearrange for you.

Human food can make Cats unwell. We kindly ask you don’t feed them. On quieter days we may offer ‘Dreamies’ for a small donation. Just ask a Team member

There is limited hours parking on road first come first served. There are lots of car parks in Stratford upon Avon. Check on Google which one suits your needs best.

Some of our Cats are permanent residents & not for adoption. Check our Socials for updates on Kittys that will be available for adoption.

Sorry no, we work with rescuers who have vetted the Cats that join us to ensure the health of our current residents. We can pass you details of local rescue organisations who might be able to help you.

Sorry no dogs no matter how good they are with your Cats same for Guide Dogs it would be too disruptive & upsetting as our Cats have never met a Dog before.

No ! It takes a long time to bond the residents it just wouldn’t work.

We don’t offer sponsorship, however we do accept donations which 100% go to our Cats. Please ask a team member when you visit if you would like to help… and thank you!
