Your data is only shared with those services we use to directly manage the functions of this website. We use Mailchimp for our mailing lists, Google to track analytics and Paypal for transactions from the online shop.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Data submitted by contact form is held only as long as is required to respond to your enquiry and to action any follow-up contact you have requested. After this your data is deleted and is not held on our server.
Data submitted via online store orders are held for 6 years for accounting purposes. If you create an account at the time of ordering you can see, edit, or delete your personal information at any time.
Mailing list signup data will be retained by us indefinitely for the purpose of keeping you updated with the business. However any mailing sent to you will include options to unsubscribe or change your preferences on what you receive.
